System 01

Grind & Seal

From $4/sq ft

Your existing slab, professionally ground open and then sealed. No flake, no colour layer — just clean, durable, natural concrete with a proper protective seal over the top of it.

It is the most affordable system we offer and, on a slab in decent shape, it is often the honest recommendation. If a grind & seal will do what you actually need, we will tell you that rather than sell you up.

Workshops and basements Hard-wearing, easy to sweep, and it does not fight with what is already in the room.
Budget-conscious garages The lowest-cost way to get a sealed, protected floor instead of bare concrete.
Large commercial areas Square footage adds up fast, and this is the system that keeps big floors within reach.

System 02

Chip Flake

From $7/sq ft

The classic garage floor. Vinyl flake is broadcast to full refusal across the whole surface, then locked in under a protective topcoat.

The flake does more than look good — it hides imperfections in the slab, adds real texture underfoot, and comes in a colour range wide enough that you can match a house, a shop or a brand.

Garages and workshops Built for tyres, tools, dropped hardware and everything else a working floor takes.
Hides imperfections The broadcast breaks up the surface, so an older slab reads as finished rather than patched.
Huge colour range Blends are mixed to suit the space — subtle and neutral, or something with a lot more personality.

System 03

Quartz

From $10–12/sq ft

Quartz is the toughest system on this page. Graded quartz aggregate is broadcast into the coating, which builds extra thickness, extra texture and extra protection into the finished floor.

That texture is the point. A quartz surface stays grippy when it is wet, which is exactly what an outdoor Florida surface needs. Pricing runs as a range depending on the system quality specified for your job.

System 04

Metallic Epoxy

From $12+/sq ft

A custom decorative system, worked by hand while the material is still moving. Pigments are pulled and blended into the coating to create depth and movement across the floor.

No two metallic floors come out the same — yours is worked on site, in your space, and cannot be repeated exactly. This is the system for interiors where the floor is meant to be the feature, not the background.

Interior floors Living spaces, showrooms, offices and entryways where the floor gets looked at.
Unique every time The pattern is created in place, so your floor is genuinely one of one.
High-end appearance The most decorative finish we offer, priced accordingly and worth talking through first.

Preparation

Coating is the easy part.

Anyone can roll product onto concrete. It will look great for a season, and then it will lift at the edges, bubble where moisture came up through the slab, and peel where a tire turns.

That is not a coating problem. That is a preparation problem — and it is the reason every system above starts with the same work underneath, no matter which finish you pick.

Mechanical grinding The surface is opened up so the coating bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it.
Crack and defect repair Filled and made sound before anything is applied.
Moisture testing Florida slabs push moisture upward. Testing first tells us what system will actually hold.
Full surface preparation The whole floor, edge to edge, not just the middle.

Do you do outdoor concrete in Florida heat and humidity?

Yes — pool decks, patios, porches and driveways. Outdoor surfaces are exactly why we moisture-test first and why quartz systems exist: they add texture, so a wet pool deck isn't slick.
